My wife, Kathy, and I moved to Riverside County in 1989 with our 6-year old daughter, Lindsey. She is now married and a mother of three living in Murrieta. Kathy commuted to San Diego as a pediatric nurse and I commuted to LAX as a Delta pilot. We love what Riverside County has become in the 33 years we have lived here. We found many opportunities to volunteer and be engaged in the growing of our two communities — first Murrieta and then Temecula. Our jobs provided ample time for various community activities. Ultimately, I realized my airline schedule could accommodate running for City Council - first in Murrieta (1995) and later in Temecula (2003, 2008, 2012). I retired from Delta Air Lines in 2014 and, in 2015, I joined many others in applying for the gubernatorial appointment to fill a vacancy on the Board of Supervisors. I was elected to full terms in 2016 and 2020. I love being your Supervisor, and want to continue doing the good work of serving and helping people. With your support, we can continue beyond 2024.
